You can start to reserve your load-in times here. Load-in times are in 1 minutes increments to avoid congestion at the load sites.
RESERVE YOUR LOAD-IN TIME
Check-in first! The check-in booth will be at the front of the Building A. This is where you will receive your booth location and your vendor badges. This is also where you would pick up tables and chairs that you paid for. Your vendor credentials will allow in and out access.
CHECK-IN AT OUR BOOTH
Once you unload your vehicle, it is important to move it out of the way so that others can unload in the unload areas. The unload areas are only for unloading. Any unattended vehicles left for an extended period of time will be removed at the owner’s expense. You can unload only after checking in. Vendor badges will be required to start unloading.

Things to consider…
Booths that are organized and aesthetically pleasing generally gain more attention. Bring interesting items to eye level. Items placed flat on a table can easily be overlooked. We recommend removing the canopy covers to allow for better lighting. Also, fill your booth because empty booths look picked over and unattractive.
BOOTH LAYOUT
Your single booth is a 10x10 space. Imagine what is best for your items. Should you display them so customers can see your items as they walk by? Do you want to have them enter your booth and walk around? Should you stand in your booth or out? And yes, you can refill your booth throughout the event (we recommend this).
BOOTH FLOW
This day is the most stressful. There will be lines and periods of congestion; use this opportunity to make new friends! Enjoy the process and remember to smile!

Keep in mind how you’re going to set up the booth. Each booth you secured is a 10x10 foot space, but you can build up vertically to showcase more of your items. You can bring your own shelves and clothing racks to better display your goods!
Tag unique items that you might be selling at Thriftapalooza on social media, and we will promote your post! This will help shoppers be aware of items to look out for and also generate interest for the big event!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AT THRIFTAPALOOZA
Setup must be complete by Friday at 6pm. Setup will be available on Friday from 11-6pm. Thriftapalooza will be on Saturday and Sunday.
Fee is total for both days and is not refundable.
Sellers can donate accepted items to our chosen non-profit if they do not wish to transport these items back home on a first-come, first served basis.
No items should be left behind and thrown into venue dumpster, space should be left as it was found.
Lessee agrees that only accepted and salvageable items will be donated.
Power is available for an additional fee.
Additional tables and chairs can be rented from the facility for an additional charge.
Vendors shall not pack up until 3pm on Sunday. Tear down will be completed by 6pm on Sunday.
Businesses agree to pay applicable taxes and provide tax revenue number if requested by facility.
Lessee agrees to remove all items after completion of the event and remove trash from event facility.
Vendors will forfeit their space if set up is not completed by Friday. There will be no Saturday set up.
Spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors can purchase additional space if space is available by selecting additional quantity at checkout.
Drugs, firearms, and pornography may not be sold at Thriftapalooza.
No stolen or illegal items will be sold at the Thriftapalooza.
Thriftapalooza is not responsible for any theft or sales tax issues.
Spaces cannot be transferred without contacting Thriftapalooza staff.
Lessee agrees that spaces are not refundable if these terms are broken.
If lessee violates any of these terms, they forfeit their rights to sell at future events.
All sellers and vendors will receive 2 vendor passes that cannot be transferred or sold.
Sellers must arrive 30 minutes prior to event opening. Vendors can enter show one hour before doors open to public to setup and restock on event days.
All vendors must agree to not use new plastic bags for customer checkout. Reusing plastic bags is acceptable and recommended.
